We are sorry but the villas are not available to groups of friends under the age of 25.

To confirm a reservation a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rent is required. The balance has to be paid no later than 2 weeks before arrival.

In case of a no-show or in case a cancellation occurs within 15 days prior to arrival, the whole amount is due.

Taxes, charges, and daily cleaning are included in our rates*. Change of sheets and towels is provided every 3 to 4 days.

*Please note that from January 2025, a new environment fee of 15 euros per villa and per day is established, This is fee is not included in the above prices.

Our villas  are rented during high season 2 for a minimum stay of 7 days with some exceptions.. 

 *The above rates are for a max of 8 people. There is a further charge of 35 euros/day for each additional person. The total guests for this villa cannot exceed 10 PAX.
